The Cemstone ready-mixed concrete in the Angels of Hope Memorial project is unique as it featured colored concrete. Colored concrete can be used to add an aesthetic touch to the memorial, making it visually appealing and meaningful.

Cemstone’s ready-mixed concrete was also used for the foundation of the memorial, which forms the base or pad upon which the memorial structure or statue stands to ensure the memorial’s stability and longevity.

Rick Sonnek, the Underwriting Consulting Director at CNA, expressed his gratitude for Cemstone’s support in the project. “We were very excited to see the first Cemstone Truck arrive for the Woodbury Angel of Hope project. Their ready-mix truck was a welcome site! The project was completed on August 10th, 2023 and was dedicated on August 26, 2023.

The contractor for the project was JL Theis, Inc., the company responsible for overseeing the construction and implementation of the Angels of Hope Memorial.
