The Cemstone Extreme Performance Concrete Mixture “X-SERIES” is streamlined to have one specific mix per application. X-SERIES Performance Concrete mixture designs contain materials and proportions that have a proven track record of ultra-strength and durability. We offer X-SERIES mixtures for various applications in 7 different mixtures.

AG-CRETE® was designed for providing the agricultural market with structurally sound concrete for applications where surface defects are less of a concern. LATITUDE® is a performance-based system designed to reduce construction and contraction joints in slabs-on-ground. The Latitude system is designed specifically for each project.
All LATITUDE slabs incorporate RESOLVE®, Cemstone’s Fiber Reinforcement Matrix. Depending upon the project requirements, Cemstone’s Engineering Services will select the most appropriate fiber based on performance and economics. LATITUDE incorporates the latest in design and installation recommendations from the American Concrete Institute (ACI).

Aridus® Rapid Drying Concrete is Cemstone’s proprietary concrete mix that reduces drying time and risks associated with excess moisture to enable faster, safer flooring installation. Aridus eliminates a major source of moisture-related flooring problems.
Aridus is ideal for use where any flooring material will be applied such as: schools, hospitals, data centers, retail and offices.

Cemstone can provide concrete to meet your specified unit weight and compressive strength incorporating lightweight aggregate into the concrete mixture. Typical lightweight concrete is 110 to 115 lbs/ft3 compared to conventional concrete which approximately is 145 lbs/ft3.
Cemstone has climate controlled soaking facilities at multiple locations which allows us to provide this concrete year-round.

Heavyweight concrete may be needed for radiation shielding or for use as a counterweight. Cemstone has provided concrete with a unit weight as high as 180 lbs/ft3 compared to conventional concrete, which is approximately 145 lbs/ft3 .

The need for high strength concrete is increasing so that projects can maximize the usable space in a building. Buildings are becoming taller and even bridge spans are becoming longer. Cemstone has designed, produced, and delivered high-strength concrete mixtures that exceed a compressive strength of 12,000 psi or gain strength quickly to keep projects on schedule.
