CDL Driver Training - Get Your CDL with Cemstone
On Saturday, April 13th, thirty-one Cemstone order takers and dispatch managers came together for an informational, team-building spring kickoff training session.
Our Customer Service and Dispatch Teams from our offices in Fort Dodge, IA; Owatonna, MN; St Joseph, MN; Mendota Heights, MN; Turtle Lake, WI; New Richmond, WI; and River Falls, WI recently kicked off the 2024 construction season with an informational, team-building training session. Cemstone’s customer service isn’t just about meeting expectations—it’s about exceeding them and building lasting relationships with customers. Given the geographical spread of these teams, this training session was a great opportunity for us to collaborate in person and meeting face-to-face made it particularly valuable. In addition, the team gained industry insights from several senior leaders, Thor Becken, Tim Becken, Mike Ward, and Wally Peterson. To conclude the training, we had a rousing game of “Stump the Customer Service Manager” in which order takers worked together in groups to cause Melany Zimmerman (CSR Manager) pause while entering specialty orders – and the order takers won! The meeting was valuable for leaders and employees, and we look forward to repeating in years to come.
