This year’s annual customer service kickoff meeting brought together all CSR’s and Dispatchers from across our regions—Metro, Placing, northern & southern Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Iowa—for an engaging and informative session led by several of our talented team members. The event included a comprehensive year-end review of 2024, with key presentations from VP of Sales Mike Ward and Sales Manager Wally Peterson. A highlight was the “Concrete – The Basics” session, presented by Justin Lashley, Engineering Services Manager, and John Lee, Director of Business Development, offering valuable insights into the foundational elements of our industry.

Hands-On Learning

Participants had the opportunity to get their hands dirty mixing cement, water, and MRWRA (mid-range water reducer) while wearing our PPE, including safety goggles and gloves. Dispatch Managers from all regions also took the stage to share updates and insights, reinforcing our collective commitment to growth, teamwork, and driving our culture of continuous improvement. It was a day of learning, collaboration, and laying the groundwork for a strong 2025 season. Thank you to all the CSR’s and Dispatchers who came and participated!
