We are excited to announce that Greta Dzieciaszek has joined Cemstone as the Vice President of Human Resources.
Greta joins the team with over 15 years of experience in leadership development, recruitment, talent development, performance management, and change management. She was most recently with Ipsen as the Senior Director, People in Cambridge, MA. She holds a BA in psychology from Lawrence University, a master’s degree in counseling psychology from Boston University and a PsyD in Clinical Psychology from the University of Denver. In her free time Greta enjoys spending time with her husband and two kids, golfing, and running.
As the Vice President of Human Resources, Greta will be leading employee relations, labor relations, compensation, benefits, payroll, company policies, talent acquisition, employee development and retention, and HR excellence.
