CDL Driver Training - Get Your CDL with Cemstone
We are pleased to announce that effective October 7, 2024, John will be promoted to the Director of Sustainability for Cemstone and TCC Group Companies while continuing his role as the Director of Business Development for Cemstone. John has been with Cemstone a total of 15+ years.  His other 18 years in the construction industry were spent with Element Materials Technology, formerly Twin City Testing where he led the development and implementation of International Code Council Evaluation Service testing programs. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Minnesota and is a licensed Professional Engineer in seven states. John is recognized nationally and locally for his efforts in promoting resilient construction and was awarded Buildings Promoter of the Year by the NRMCA in 2020. John and his wife, Jennifer, live in Eagan, MN and have two grown children. John enjoys fishing in numerous states and playing live music in his band, Gus Sent Me.Â

In John’s new role, he will coordinate our marketing, engineering, and operational initiatives that will position both Cemstone and TCC Group Companies as leaders in sustainable and resilient building material construction. John will be responsible for developing, implementing, and analyzing sustainability strategies and initiatives that not only set us apart from the competition but will ultimately lead to increased revenue and margin. John’s passion, professional background and industry experience will continue to lead our companies forward.
