Synopsis: This course will invite attendees to understand the rules as both obligations and protections for the licensee.

Learning Objectives:

Review the ethical codes and their foundation principles
Learn how ethical rules and ethical practice protect the professional as well as public HSW
Learn how to empower your practice – do the right thing; use licensing board’s complaint process as a method for protecting the practice and the HSW
Learn how the engineer’s mental health and wellbeing serves not only the professional, but the public HSW
